Job summary

FSP, a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Products and Programmes Team on client projects and digital transformation initiatives.

You will capture requirements, map processes, facilitate sessions, and collaborate with developers, UX, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver measurable improvements. Hybrid working in the UK is available.

Qualifications

3+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally with client projects.
Proven background in business analysis techniques.
Proficient in core MS tools (PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
Experienced in facilitation & elicitation techniques: sessions, observations, story mapping, etc.
Expertise in tools and techniques to analyse business processes and propose improvements.
Track record of redesigning processes and delivering benefits from business cases.
Capability to map business requests & requirements with strategic and operational value.
Understanding of SDLC Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Capture business requirements and processes.
Translate requirements into high quality specifications.
Liaise with stakeholders to document how the business operates and what is needed to progress.
Facilitate identification, documentation and QA of requirements, processes and change objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with cross functional teams (Developers, UX, Solution Architects, Delivery Managers) to deliver service improvements.
Provide tools and viewpoints to identify the best way to realise business goals.
