The role involves approaching organisations from SMEs to global corporations, advising on training solutions and funding, and building lasting client partnerships.

The position offers remote or hybrid work with a base salary up to £38,000 plus a strong commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeship or FE sector, or recruitment in B2B roles.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Excellent networking at events and face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact organisations to promote digital training and apprenticeships.
• Build strong strategic partnerships with employers from SMEs to global corporations.
• Advise employers on training and funding opportunities available to them.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet KPIs.
• Account manage client relationships and identify opportunities for account development.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients as required.
