Gazelle Professional Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an Employer Engagement Executive to proactively contact organisations and promote a portfolio of digital training courses and apprenticeships from entry to degree level. You will build strategic partnerships and manage accounts with SMEs to global corporations.

You will advise on training funding, skill gaps, and growth opportunities while maintaining professional credibility and a strong pipeline to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeship or FE sector or recruitment in a B2B setting.
• Proven ability to develop pipelines and meet KPIs.
• Strong networking and client relationship skills.
• UK-based with ability to conduct face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact organisations to promote the portfolio of digital training courses and apprenticeships from entry level to degree level.
• Build strategic partnerships with employers using a variety of channels.
• Account manage clients with regular meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Advise employers on training and funding opportunities and on skill gaps within their organisations.
