Gardner Aerospace Operations UK Limited is seeking a Digital Transformation apprentice to work across multiple teams, applying project management practices to deliver digital solutions. You will contribute to projects such as Manufacturing Execution System, Digital Workorders, Indoor Tracking, and Power Platform developments.

• Enrolled in a Digital & Technology Solutions Specialist Level 7 degree (2-2.5 years).
• Eligible with a minimum 2:2 degree or higher.

Mansioni

• Follow project management methodologies to deliver digital solutions.
• Support projects across MES, Digital Workorders, Indoor Tracking and more.
• Contribute to setting up standard processes across Gardner sites.
• Act as a subject matter expert and contribute bespoke solution development.

To support our strategic roadmap, Gardner are seeking a Digital Transformation apprentice.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of teams and topics while gaining invaluable industry experience. Being part of Digital Transformation team means that you will follow project management methodologies to deliver digital successful solutions. You will have the opportunity to support some of our projects:

• Manufacturing Execution System
• Digital Workorders
• Indoor Tracking
• Advanced Logistics Solutions
• Master Data Management
• Power-Bi Global Catalogue
• Intercompany EDI platform
• Microsoft Power Platform developments

Whilst undertaking a Digital & Technology Solutions Specialist (Level 7) degree over 2-2.5 years, you will learn key skills and apply proven industry practices, which will contribute directly to your degree while adding value to our business. You’ll work with various teams within a global organization to deliver successful digital solutions and set up standard processes and practices across the different sites and business areas.

Depending on your speciality area, you may become subject matter expert within Gardner and will contribute with bespoke solutions development and customisation to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll actively contribute to the Gardner Digital Transformation Community and participate to Technology Watch whenever required.

To be eligible to apply for this course, you will be required to have completed a degree with a minimum of 2:2 or higher.

Based on the successful candidate the role will be based at either Basildon, Consett or Derby.
