Qualifications
- Experience supporting business applications and digital systems
- Experience investigating issues and coordinating resolutions
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting process or system improvements
- Experience creating business and user documentation including process guides and training materials
- Experience supporting user training, system demonstrations or digital adoption initiatives
- Good understanding of data quality and information management principles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for core business systems and applications
- Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues
- Escalate technical, security and infrastructure matters where required
- Manage support requests and maintain system documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user support
