Job summary

Sureserve Group is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to support core business systems and digital change. Based in the UK, the role focuses on improving data quality, documenting processes, and enabling digital adoption across functions.

You will work under the Head of Digital Transformation to gather requirements, support system improvements, and ensure effective user training and demonstrations. The position is on-site in the UK with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting business applications and digital systems.
  • Experience investigating issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Experience gathering requirements and supporting process improvements.
  • Experience creating business and user documentation, including process maps, guides and training materials.
  • Experience supporting user training and digital adoption initiatives.
  • Good understanding of data quality and information management principles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for core business systems and applications.
  • Investigate and resolve system- and process-related issues.
  • Escalate technical, security and infrastructure matters where required.
  • Manage support requests and maintain system documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user support.
  • Support the delivery of SCEs Digital Transformation Strategy by helping improve business processes, systems, data quality and digital adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement digital solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year


Requirements


  • Experience supporting business applications, digital systems or technology-enabled business change

  • Experience investigating issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions

  • Experience gathering requirements and supporting process or system improvements

  • Experience creating business and user documentation, including process maps, guides and training materials

  • Experience supporting user training, system demonstrations or digital adoption initiatives

  • Good understanding of data quality and information management principles

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital technologies

  • Successful applicants will be subject to third-party eligibility checks, including right-to-work in the UK and DBS checks

It is based in Waltham Abbey, London (E4 7RW), pays £35,000–£40,000 per annum and offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
