Job summary

LT Selection is recruiting for a technology solutions business serving education and commercial customers from Leeds. The Digital Transformation & AI Manager role is permanent, full-time, based in Leeds, offering £50,000 plus a performance-based bonus.

You will lead customer discovery, design transformation roadmaps and select SaaS/AI solutions, while aligning technology with business outcomes and supporting change management across Google, Microsoft and Apple ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, automation, digital learning or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS platforms and their integration.
• Practical working knowledge of Google, Microsoft and Apple ecosystems.
• Ability to connect technical concepts with business outcomes and carry out light-touch configuration and integration.

Responsibilities
