Job summary

Ebuyer is seeking a Digital Trading Specialist to drive online sales, optimize campaigns and improve trading systems. You will analyze performance, report on key drivers, and collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to maximize conversion and revenue.

You will coordinate content updates, monitor seasonal trends, and ensure products are presented effectively to customers while supporting SEO and engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day trading of a website under guidance of the Marketing Director.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade with analysis to inform action plans.
• Analyse seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness and report on competitors and customer behaviour.
• Oversee weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and partner updates.
• Manage end-to-end critical paths for campaigns and promotions and upcoming activities.
• Communicate product and trading strategies to digital marketing and optimisation teams.
• Coordinate evergreen and seasonal content to boost SEO, engagement and conversions.
• Improve product content and assist teams to resolve issues to optimise sales.

The Role

As a Digital Trading Specialist for Ebuyer, you’ll join a group of specialists who believe accountability, agility, and ambition are the formula for progress. The Responsibilities

• Executing day-to-day trading of a website(s), under the guidance of the Marketing Director
• Manage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
• Utilising available resources, analysing seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, reporting on key competitors and customer behaviour
• Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and brand partner updates.
• End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
• Ensure communication of product & trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimisation teams.
• Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion.
• Manage process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimize sales

People Management

• Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
• Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy
• Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring ecommerce KPI’s are understood and achievable for all

Qualifications

• Valid working rights for the UK countries
• Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Google Analytics and Excel user
• Experience working within e-commerce platforms
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
