Job summary

NHS Resolution is seeking a proactive Procurement Advisor on a maternity cover/permanent basis to manage end-to-end procurement of digital and technology contracts. The role collaborates with technical experts and senior stakeholders to ensure value for money and regulatory compliance.

You will lead tender processes, advise on compliance with public sector rules, draft documents, evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers, while maintaining our contracts database and delivering clear reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing invitation to tenders within the UK public sector.
• Procurement experience in the Digital and Technology category.
• Solid understanding of UK procurement legislation including the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage a complex workload and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and technology procurement projects end to end.
• Provide expert advice on procurement and public sector compliance.
• Draft tender documents, manage evaluations and negotiate with suppliers.
• Maintain contracts database and produce insightful reports.
