Job summary

Arriva is seeking graduates for its Digital & Technology Graduate Programme. You will rotate across the Digital & Technology function, gaining exposure to systems, technologies and data to support operations and the passenger experience.

The two-year programme includes mentoring, structured learning and exposure to senior leaders. Location options include Sunderland or London, with a hybrid working pattern requiring at least three days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• To be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, a degree (2:1 preferred, with strong 2:2 applications considered)
• The right to work in the UK permanently
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027
• Willingness to travel where required as part of the programme

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to systems, technologies and digital solutions that support Arriva’s operations and customers
• Work across rotations with Digital & Technology teams and partner with colleagues to deliver improvements
• Develop technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills in a large transport organisation
• Contribute to initiatives focused on innovation, digital transformation and data-driven decision making
