Job summary

Arriva Group is offering a two-year Digital & Technology Graduate programme. You will gain exposure through rotations across the Digital & Technology function, working with various teams to build a broad understanding of how digital solutions support business operations and customers.

You'll develop technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills while contributing to innovation, digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree required or on track to achieve (2:1 preferred, with strong 2:2 considered)
• Right to work in the UK permanently
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027
• Willingness to travel as part of the programme

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across the Digital & Technology function to gain exposure to systems, technologies and digital solutions.
• Develop technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills within a large international organisation.
• Contribute to projects that use digital solutions, data and technology to improve operational performance and customer experience.
