Job summary

Arriva Group is offering a two-year Graduate Programme in Finance, based in Sunderland or London with hybrid work (minimum three days in the office). You will rotate across Tax, Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, and Forecasting & Budgeting, gaining broad exposure to financial performance and strategic decision-making.

We welcome graduates from all degree disciplines who are curious, driven and eager to learn. Availability to start in September 2027 and ability to travel as required are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree required (2:1 preferred, strong 2:2 considered).
• Right to work in the UK permanently.
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027.
• Willingness to travel where required as part of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across finance disciplines to gain broad exposure.
• Contribute to business projects and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop technical and commercial skills to support Arriva's financial performance.
