Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in executive search or high-growth tech recruitment.
• Structured, detail-oriented and analytical way of working.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ambition to build a long-term career in executive search.

Responsibilities

• Build long lists and map markets across sector/function landscapes.
• Identify, engage and assess senior candidates for retained projects.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence.
• Support end-to-end execution of retained mandates with candidate/client engagement.
• Contribute to pitch preparation and research-led client work, aiding in new mandates.
