Job summary

Carlin Hall is seeking an Associate to join our growing executive search practice in London. You’ll drive research across GTM, Product, Ops and General Management, supporting senior leadership on exciting mandates with high-growth clients.

You will own candidate identification and assessment, craft engaging approaches to reach top talent, and help shape how we scale delivery as the team expands. A collaborative, tech‑savvy communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or senior recruitment; track record of working on executive-level mandates for Tech Startup/Scaleup clients is nice to have.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple workstreams without letting things slip.
• Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal.
• Embrace technology and feel comfortable with tools such as G‑Suite, Excel/Sheets, and willingness to learn others (Notion, AI tools, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Client delivery: Work as a key part of the client-facing team in searches across GTM, Product, Operations, and General Management.

They are a small but mighty team with backgrounds in start-ups, VC, and leading executive search firms. They have ambitious plans for growth, and as part of that they’re hiring for this exciting Associate role.

Job Summary

As an Associate, you will be a key member of the team as they go through an exciting phase in their growth. You will be the driving force behind the research efforts across the business, working closely with senior leadership on exciting and diverse mandates.

A sample of what the role involves:
