Location: London (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of lifestyle, wellness, and health-focused creators across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and emerging digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a roster of lifestyle and wellness creators, acting as their primary point of contact
• Develop long-term career strategies tailored to each creator’s personal brand, audience, and goals
• Provide guidance on content direction, platform growth, brand positioning, and monetisation
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships aligned with creators’ values and audiences
• Lead commercial negotiations including fees, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables
• Ensure all partnerships comply with advertising standards, wellness regulations, and disclosure requirements
• Work collaboratively with brands, agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns
• Oversee contracts, renewals, invoicing coordination, and campaign reporting

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years’ experience in talent management working with wellness & health creators
• Proven experience managing creators or influencers, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, or health
• Existing relationships with lifestyle and wellness brands or agencies
