The Role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in scaling and supporting one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands. You will be fully in charge of the brand's macro and micro influencer marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working with celebrity-level talent and making waves in the wellness industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a foundation in influencer marketing, and a keen interest in the health & wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fully in charge of contacting, negotiating and setting up paid influencer campaigns with celebrity-level talent, primarily on the Instagram channel and potentially YouTube.
2. Build relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and other key stakeholders.
3. Manage a high-volume gifting initiative, sending out products to thousands of creators every month.
4. Evaluate the value and risk of each campaign to ensure they hit performance targets and contribute to revenue growth.
5. Constantly look for ways to refine our influencer strategy, boost campaign performance, and help us scale fast as we grow into the UK’s leading wellness brand.
6. Act as a creative thought leader within the Growth team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Achieve set CPA & Volume targets on Paid Influencer Campaigns (performance bonuses tied to over-performance).

Key Skills & Qualification:

1. At least 3+ years of experience managing the full Influencer Campaign Setup process for an e-commerce brand (preferably a health/supplement D2C Brand).
2. Managed Paid Influencer Campaign spend with a proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive market.
3. Strong understanding of Paid Media Platforms (Meta specifically).
4. Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance data to inform and optimise creative decisions.
5. A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus.
