Warwickshire Police seeks an experienced IT systems professional to provide technical support across policing platforms, including sensitive systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and alignment with policy. The role emphasises access management, system configuration, and collaboration with internal developers and external suppliers.

Based in Leek Wootton, the post is a full-time permanent contract with a 37-hour week, requiring up-to-date IT skills and impeccable confidentiality.

Formación

• Educated to A Level or equivalent.
• Detailed working knowledge of IT systems within a large organisation.
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality and sensitive data.
• Highly developed IT skills including use of Microsoft applications to include Active Directory and Sailpoint IdentityNow Administration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a resilient system administration and analytical service to the Force for all relevant IT systems, ensuring tickets are closed to OLAs & SLAs.
• Engage with stakeholders requiring guidance and technical expertise across systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and own issues from initial contact to resolution.
