Job summary

RX Global seeks a Digital Success Executive to plan, configure and deliver RX digital products across multiple events. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time testing and launches, support events onsite internationally, and use post-event insights to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, QA of digital assets, and leading deployments both remotely and onsite, including international event support.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and project-management skills with experience delivering multiple events.
• Confident stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and QA discipline.
• Ability to learn digital platforms quickly and test customer journeys.
• Experience coordinating communications, artwork, print production, suppliers and onsite ops.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support events.

• Configure and quality-assure LMA, Colleqt and Offers, including URLs, QR codes and promos.
• Define trial, adoption and engagement targets per event.
• Project-manage digital delivery schedules across events, tracking risks and actions.
• Coordinate teams to align responsibilities, tech support and event readiness.
• Lead remote and onsite deployments, including international event support.
• Manage suppliers, budgets, staffing and first-line ops support.
• Conduct post-show reviews and translate insights into product improvements.
• Improve delivery plans, customer journeys, tests and operational standards.

About the Role

The Digital Success Executive plans, configures and delivers RX digital products across multiple events. Working with cross-functional teams, they ensure activities are tested and launched on time, support selected events onsite internationally, communicate targets and use post-event insights to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency and consistent best practice.

Responsibilities

• Configure and quality-assure LMA, Colleqt and Offers, including URLs, QR codes and promotional materials.
• Define customer trial, adoption and engagement targets for each event.
• Project-manage digital delivery schedules across multiple events, tracking progress, risks and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align responsibilities, technical support and event readiness.
• Lead remote and onsite deployments, including international event support.
• Manage suppliers, budgets, staffing and first-line operational or technical support.
• Conduct post-show reviews and use insights to influence product development.
• Improve and share delivery plans, customer journeys, best practices, tests and operational standards.

Requirements
