Job summary

ASOS.com Ltd is seeking a Digital Studio Operator in London to join the Photography team and contribute to day-to-day image capture for 200,000+ products. You will use multi-camera studio setups to create assets for our digital library and AI generation, ensuring outputs meet quality and workflow requirements.

You will collaborate with senior team members, maintain studio equipment, and follow established processes to deliver high-quality imagery with attention to detail in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with Mac/PC knowledge
• Experience in studio environments is a plus
• Basic understanding of still life photography and studio lighting
• Familiarity with Capture One is beneficial
• Awareness of photogrammetry and AI image generation an advantage
• Understanding how to dress mannequins and style products for shoots
• Strong attention to detail and error checking
• Ability to adapt shooting methods to different formats

Responsibilities

• Capture and style high-quality imagery across diverse products
• Work with multi-camera setups for apparel and accessories
• Assist with on-set product prep and mannequin styling
• Ensure products are named and coded for workflow
• Support studio kit and equipment management
• Follow established processes for brand and shoot standards
• Collaborate across the team and support new starters
• Contribute to AI workflow and automation initiatives
• Help drive department objectives and KPIs
• Provide mentorship and 1-2-1 guidance with line manager
• Assist with department technology launches when required
• Cover Midweight duties during absences
