Job summary

NHSGGC invites applications for a role in the Digital Services Strategy, Programmes & Innovation EPR Team. You will support planning, specification, development and delivery of digital projects across NHSGGC and partner organisations to improve patient care and service delivery.

The post holder will provide business analysis and project management expertise, ensuring benefits realisation and alignment with national priorities.

Qualifications

• Analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping and service redesign.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Advise and work closely with sponsors, managers, clinicians and partners to specify, develop and deliver digital projects.
• Gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops and map processes.
• Support system appraisal, testing activities and produce project documentation.
• Plan and coordinate multiple interdependent projects, monitor progress and manage risks.
• Ensure solutions align with organisational objectives and Scottish Government priorities.
• Contribute to the development of innovative clinical and non-clinical digital solutions.
