Job summary

Redkite Solicitors is seeking a Digital Services Lead in Cardiff/Swansea to guide a small IT team and bridge technology with people across the firm.

You will lead a three-person team, foster a proactive IT culture, and ensure the technology enables excellent client and colleague experiences. The role demands ownership, relationship-building, and decisive action to drive improvements.

Qualifications

As our Digital Services Lead, you'll lead a close-knit teamof three, acting as the bridge between technology and the people who rely on itevery day. You'll be highly organised, naturally proactive, and confidentengaging with colleagues at every level of the business. You'll enjoy takingownership, solving problems, driving improvements, and ensuring our colleaguesexperience technology as an enabler rather than an obstacle.
