Job summary

ITV is seeking a Rights Executive - Digital to manage and maintain critical rights data for ITV content, supporting sales, distribution and licensing activities. You will negotiate clearances, provide cost information, and interact with Talent and Royalty Payments teams to ensure timely payments.

Working in the Rights Management team, you will help develop future rights systems, stay updated with industry issues, and occasionally travel for international duties or out-of-hours support.

Qualifications

• Experience in television rights, digital and social media exploitation.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Brand protection and commercial awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain rights data in ITV systems per policies.
• Support sales and distribution with programme data and licences.
• Assess availability and provide clearance and cost information by deadlines.
• Negotiate rights clearances and renewals for secondary exploitation.
• Produce rights reporting to meet ITV obligations.
• Work with Talent and Royalty Payments teams to input data for payments.
• Develop and implement improvements for future rights management systems.
• Travel as needed and handle out-of-hours calls.
