Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Digital Records Manager for a UK regulator project. The role focuses on applying retention labels and policies in Microsoft Purview in line with a new draft records retention schedule.

Candidates will collaborate with all business areas to ensure repositories comply with retention decisions. Training on Purview and SharePoint Admin will be provided within the IG team. This contract runs until 31 March 2027 with a flexible on-site/remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital records management and governance.
• Familiarity with retention labeling and policies in Purview.
• Ability to coordinate with IG teams to ensure compliant repositories.
