Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced Digital Records Manager to apply retention labels and policies in Microsoft Purview in alignment with a draft records retention schedule. The role is till 31 March 2027 with a daily rate of £250-£350 outside IR35, and supports flexible working patterns with 1 day a week on-site in Cardiff, Manchester, London, or Glasgow, or fully remote.

You will ensure repositories are subject to suitable retention decisions and collaborate with the IG team to enable

• Collaborate with business areas to ensure repositories follow retention decisions.
• Work with IG team to learn Purview and SharePoint Admin for compliance.
