Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a proactive and organised Digital Records Officer to support the delivery and development of digital records services across the Trust. The post will work across clinical systems support, EPR digitisation, data quality and paper reduction within Medical Records and Digital teams.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Records Officer to support the delivery and development of digital records services across the Trust. The post will work across a varied portfolio including clinical systems support, EPR digitisation, Clinical Change Advisory Group coordination, post and print services, and wider Medical Records service resilience. The role will support the safe, accurate and timely management of patient information, help resolve digital records issues, coordinate actions across teams and contribute to the Trust's transition towards more efficient digital ways of working. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across Medical Records, Digital, Clinical Systems, EPR and operational teams.
