Job summary
ACS Performance Ltd is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to lead digital QMS and quality assurance across water, wastewater and energy projects. You will own the digital QMS, develop inspection processes and drive continuous improvement with hands-on QA in a multi-project environment.
Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering and have proven QA/engineering experience, with the ability to read drawings and work within ISO 9001 frameworks to implement robust
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance in engineering/manufacturing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proven ability to develop ITPs and conduct inspections.
- Experience with digital QMS and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Manage QA activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement project-specific ITPs.
- Conduct in-process inspections and maintain quality checkpoints.
- Configure digital inspection workflows and defect management using Procore.
- Analyse quality data and prepare performance reports.
