Job summary

Boots is seeking a Digital Services Assistant on a fixed-term 12-month contract in Nottingham. You will join the Digital Promotions & Events Team to learn how promotions are planned, set up, tested and published online across UK and ROI platforms.

The role involves documenting, testing and signing off promotions, tracking progress, and ensuring accuracy across multiple deals. It requires strong Excel skills, cross-team collaboration and the ability to adapt to early-morning testing windows

Responsibilities

• Document, track, set up, test and publish promotions.
• Update requesters, trackers and managers on progress and completion.
