Job summary

Boots is seeking a Digital Production Assistant to join the Nottingham team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, full-time. You will build content within our CMS platforms, delivering assets aligned to Boots UI/UX guidelines and integrated with marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with trading, marketing and planning colleagues to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outputs, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to be flexible in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of design tools and software (Photoshop).
• Degree level education or apprenticeship in copy, editorial, design or digital/web production with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create quality assets and pages using our content management system, in line with Boots UI/UX guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with trading, marketing and planning teams to achieve briefs.
• Ensure assets follow our digital style guide and Boots Visual Identity, and fully integrated with campaigns.
• Work with the project management workflow tool to ensure all projects are delivered right first time, on time.
