Job summary

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Health Informatics team. This Band 5 role provides proactive project support for digital initiatives across the Trust, supporting governance, reporting, planning and coordination with a wide range of stakeholders.

The post holder will assist with project documentation, meeting coordination, and ensuring information is up to date. Travel across Trust sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience in project support.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, MSP Foundation, P3O Foundation or equivalent; MS Project or SharePoint training would be useful.
• Experience in project governance, reporting, planning and coordination within NHS or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO and project teams with coordination and delivery for digital programmes and projects.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, risk/issue logs and benefits information.
• Assist with monthly reporting and preparation for Project Board and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and monitor action progress.
