Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of Digital Projects that support patient care and operational efficiency. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget, and produce critical documentation throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires robust NHS project management experience, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with change management and governance

Qualifications

• Masters Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant subject or demonstrable significant relevant experience.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful implementation of Digital Projects that impact the Trust against agreed project plans to time and within constraints.
• Identify, build and manage multi functional teams of both technical and non-technical staff in line with Trust procedures and best practice.
• Provide professional project management to the Trust to assist departments with the delivery of applications, systems and technology solutions that realise real benefits for patients and the Trust.
• Work with the ICT Clinical Implementation Manager to identify programme benefits and ensure their delivery through specific projects.
• Produce and maintain the formal project documentation required throughout the project lifecycle including the production of policies and procedures.
