Project Delivery

Plan and guide projects across multiple digital platforms, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.

Oversee all phases: discovery, design, development, QA, and launch.

Apply established internal processes and best practices for project governance.

Budget & Financial Management

Build accurate estimates for projects of £350k+ and track financial performance throughout.

Monitor margins, report status, and resolve issues proactively.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the central point for updates and progress across internal teams and external partners.

Maintain clear communication and manage expectations across all stakeholders.

Scope & Risk Management

Define and protect the agreed scope of work.

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Leadership

Allocate and manage resources effectively and line-manage at least one team member.

Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment that encourages creative thinking.

Business Development Support

Contribute project-management expertise to proposals and pitch documentation when required.
