Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-house or partner-led projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and on budget.
• Apply robust Change Management and Vendor Management practices to maximise efficiency.
• Use lean principles to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Coordinate and publish quarterly business reviews with key partners.
• Create and deploy value-driven frameworks across all projects.
• Proactively monitor progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks before they escalate.
• Strategically plan resource allocation and collaborate to optimize delivery across teams.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile/Sprints, product-centric design, and DevOps (CICD) automation.
• Working knowledge of QMS, ISO-9001 standards, and vendor/partner management best practices.
• Hands-on experience in the eCommerce/retail space is essential.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA is a plus.
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and operational execution.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and team empowerment.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organisational skills.
• Business-savvy with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Project and Vendor Management, ideally with QMS system experience.
• Familiarity with managed services and people management is highly desirable.
