We are working with an award-winning digital agency who are looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager with a strong blend of technical expertise and creative project management skills to lead the delivery of AI initiatives, websites, apps, and digital platforms for exciting brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive agency with a supportive culture, wonderful clients, and genuinely exciting projects.

You will need: -

● Agency experience delivering digital projects (websites, apps, or software).

● A solid understanding of website and software development processes, with the ability to confidently discuss technical topics with clients and developers.

● Client-facing confidence, with the ability to advise clients and translate technical concepts into understandable language.

● Proficiency with project management and backlog tools like Jira, Asana (or similar, Monday.com, Trello).

● Day-to-day management of projects: tracking timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.

● A strong focus on quality assurance, liaising with teams to review deliverables and provide actionable feedback.

● Ability to manage multiple workstreams across different accounts, covering everything from website builds to app development and marketing campaigns.

● Experience producing project roadmaps, schedules, cost estimates, scopes of work, and technical specifications for new and existing client projects.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

● Work closely with clients to define product strategies

● Own the delivery of projects from inception to launch.

● Work with internal teams to define project scopes, resources, timelines, and budgets.

● Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations.

● Manage project documentation, including roadmaps, schedules, scoping documents, and technical briefs.

● Track project progress daily to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.

● Manage the team and review deliverables, providing actionable feedback to teams.

● Lead project meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.

● Identify risks early and proactively manage solutions.

● Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster quality delivery.

● Help identify and win new business opportunities

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of digital development. You must be confident in having detailed discussions with both clients and development teams. As part of the hiring process, there will be a technical and technology interview to assess your knowledge and experience.
