Job summary

Vanilla Recruitment is seeking a Digital Project Manager for a leading multichannel marketing services business in the UK. The role coordinates creative digital projects from initial brief through to completion, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with the brief.

The position involves creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation, coordinating resources and approvals, and reporting progress with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous project management or coordination experience, ideally in digital/agency delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking across timelines, budgets and priorities.
• Ability to manage digital project requirements across campaigns, websites, CRM, email and social assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from brief to final delivery, coordinating account, creative, development, production and digital teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, actions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate resources, estimates, billing requirements and purchase order requests using internal systems.
• Run or support project meetings, including agendas, notes and follow-ups.
• Monitor risks, scope changes, budgets and delivery pressures with clear ownership.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders and support strategy.
• Support progress reporting and look for improvements to digital processes and tools.
