Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Digital Programme Manager to join the Digital and Information Team within the Business Planning and Performance department. You will lead a programme of digital changes, re-platform Asset Maintenance and Operations systems, and partner with CPS for commercial processes.

You will develop governance, charters, roadmaps and business cases, report to senior stakeholders, and ensure financial tracking. A hybrid work culture is offered in the UK.

Qualifications

• Successfully managing programmes with multiple tactical projects.
• Identifying and capturing programme benefits.
• Status reporting on programme delivery.
• Engaging programme level stakeholders.
• Developing key documentation across the programme lifecycle.
• End-to-end delivery of digital programmes including requirements capture, configuration, integration and deployment.
• Programme shaping and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Programme Mobilisation Pack with charter, roadmap and governance.
• Produce an Asset Management Systems strategy with options analysis.
• Define delivery approaches and integration considerations across systems.
• Develop an Outline Business Case with costs, benefits and risks.
• Prepare executive briefing materials for decision-making.
• Design programme reporting and control frameworks.
• Coordinate stakeholder workshops and engagement.
• Manage commercial processes with CPS team.
• Provide progress updates to leadership and track benefits with Finance.
• Report progress at governance forums.
• Identify, report and track risks, issues and dependencies.
