Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Digital Programme Manager to lead a complex M25 DBFO digital change programme within the Business Planning and Performance function. You will manage multiple tactical projects, align with governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on re-platforming Asset Maintenance and Operations systems, delivering integrations, and realising benefits with Finance.

Qualifications

Successfully managing Programmes with multiple tactical projects.
Identifying and capturing programme benefits.
Status reporting on programme delivery.
Engaging programme level stakeholders.
End-to-end delivery of Digital Programmes including requirements capture, integration and deployment.
Programme shaping and business case development.
Desirable understanding of the Highways industry.
Interdependency identification and tracking.
Experience applying AI within operational systems architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop a Programme Mobilisation Pack with charter, roadmap, governance and controls.
Produce Asset Management Systems strategy including options analysis.
Define delivery approach and integration considerations across systems and stakeholders.
Develop Outline Business Case with costs, benefits, risks and benefits realisation.
Prepare executive briefing materials to support decision-making.
Design programme reporting and control frameworks (financial and progress).
Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops to align direction.
Adhere to the technology project delivery methodology and artefacts.
Manage commercial processes with CPS commercial team.
Provide regular progress updates to Head of Business Transformation and the Digital and Data Delivery Lead.
Capture, measure and track key project benefits with Finance.
