Job Purpose

The Field-Based Digital Product Trainer plays a crucial role in training dental professionals in the adoption of Intraoral Scanners (IOS) and other digital solutions. This involves working closely with customers to ensure successful technology integration and workflow optimization, supporting long-term digital adoption, and assisting the Digital Success Manager (DSM).

The role requires an enthusiastic, organized, and adaptable professional with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. It involves engaging with practice managers, clinicians, and dental teams to promote confidence in digital solutions, with success measured by adoption rates and practice improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging, structured training sessions to ensure confidence in IOS and digital products.
  2. Support the DSM in driving successful integration and adoption within practices and labs.
  3. Work with practice staff to enhance engagement, patient care, and practice growth through digital transformation.
  4. Use data and feedback to assess and improve training effectiveness.
  5. Monitor KPIs such as scanner usage and workflow efficiency.
  6. Identify and resolve challenges in digital workflow adoption.
  7. Provide follow-up training and ongoing support.
  8. Update training materials with advancements and feedback.
  9. Promote a digital-first mindset and support industry events.
  10. Assist the support team with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
  11. Maintain logs of support interactions to inform future training.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in training, coaching, or education, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows and IOS technology.
  • Experience supporting digital adoption in healthcare or tech settings.
  • Ability to simplify complex technology for training purposes.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with digital support processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%, including occasional weekends.
