Job Purpose

The Field-Based Digital Product Trainer is responsible for training and supporting dental professionals in adopting Intraoral Scanners (IOS) and other Straumann digital solutions. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure successful technology integration, workflow optimization, and long-term digital adoption, supporting the Digital Success Manager (DSM) in driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure confident integration and utilization of IOS and digital products.
  2. Support the DSM in driving successful digital adoption within practices and labs.
  3. Engage with practice staff to promote digital transformation and practice growth.
  4. Use data and customer feedback to assess and improve training effectiveness.
  5. Monitor KPIs such as scanner usage and workflow efficiency.
  6. Identify challenges and provide solutions for digital workflow integration.
  7. Provide ongoing support and create updated training materials.
  8. Represent Straumann at industry events and trade shows.
  9. Assist the support team with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
  10. Maintain accurate logs of support interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. Experience in training, coaching, or education, preferably in healthcare technology.
  2. Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows and IOS technology.
  3. Ability to simplify complex technology for training purposes.
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics.
  6. Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with support processes.
  7. Willingness to travel up to 70%, including weekends for industry events.
