We are currently hiring for a Digital Product Owner with Pensions experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Remote - once a month travel to the London office.

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on the post-authentication user portal, emphasizing personalization and dynamic data points powered via API/endpoints.
2. Designing baseline offerings for multi-tenancy enterprise-grade software for millions of users (B2B2C).
3. Experience with product discovery, requirement definition, scenario/segment handling, error handling, and non-functional requirements during ideation.
4. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
5. Collaborate with Design, Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Stakeholders to create user-centric journeys aligned with product strategy.
6. Proven record of improving product adoption and engagement, partnering with Data and wider product teams.
7. Experience in digital-only or digital-first environments, supporting digital transformation and transitioning from IT to Product models.

Experience:

1. Technical background to coach engineering teams.
2. Practiced SAFE agile or hybrid Waterfall/Agile models.
3. Pensions experience, especially in workplace pensions; experience in heavily regulated industries like Tech, LegalTech, ComplianceTech is a plus.
