Job summary

Unum UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead one of our core digital platforms such as UnumSync, UnumOnline or Help@Hand. You will own the product backlog, prioritise the roadmap and partner with cross-functional teams to drive delivery in an agile environment.

The role focuses on our customer-facing Help@Hand experience, requiring a product owner mindset and ability to translate customer needs into tangible features.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position: Digital Product Owner

Location: Dorking or Basingstoke with hybrid working

What will you bring?

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to take ownership of one of our key digital platforms - UnumSync, UnumOnline or Help@Hand. You’ll lead the product backlog, drive delivery through Agile teams and shape the future of our digital customer experience. This role will focus on our customer facing digital asset, Help@Hand, so experience as a Product Owner for applications within a consumer-focused environment would be a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap
• Act as the key decision maker for your product
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Proposition, Marketing and Operations
• Utilise date to translate customer needs into features and enhancements
• Lead Agile delivery, ensuring focus on value and customer outcomes
• Track KPIs and continuously improve performance

About You
