Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Experience Team. This role serves as the key link between the commercial & operational functions and the IT delivery teams, with a focus on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will own and deliver areas of easyJet's web products and experiences, aiming to drive commercial return, customer engagement, and satisfaction. You will champion best practices and the role of digital channels within our commercial, customer, and operational programs, while collaborating with internal and external partners to implement feature developments based on customer insights and analytics.

This is a permanent hybrid role based in Luton.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver digital products and experiences in an agile environment with a hands-on, creative approach.
• Maintain a user-focused perspective, balancing customer needs with commercial and operational considerations.
• Make data-driven decisions based on quantitative and qualitative research.
• Apply understanding of ecommerce journeys, trading pressures, and operational impacts.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
• Take a proactive, results-oriented approach to managing product development.

Requirements
