Position: Digital Product Owner - Customer On-boarding

Location: London - Hybrid (Tech Role)

Overview: Working at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft Teams, you will be part of the Platform Product Owners team, driving product excellence within NewDay. You will craft the future of the Acquisition Platform, building world-class services, and supporting the development, adaptation, and innovation of our teams while maintaining high standards of quality and agile practices.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Shaping, owning, and building out new capabilities for the platform.
  2. Monitoring performance against OKRs and updating roadmaps.
  3. Collaborating with development and business teams in an agile framework.
  4. Defining non-functional requirements like resilience and performance.
  5. Supporting incident triage and resolution.
  6. Championing agile practices and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

About you:

Required:

  • Experience delivering impactful change across product engineering teams.
  • Ability to drive squad improvements and coach teams.
  • Immersion in digital product and tech workings.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of regulatory change.
  • Experience in fast-growing FinTech environments.
  • Recognized agile qualifications.
