Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade 9-4 or A*-C are essential.
• GCSE English at grade 9-4 or A*-C is essential.
• GCSE Maths at grade 9-4 or A*-C is essential.
• Two A Levels at grade C or above are essential.

Responsibilities

• Working with experienced product owners and teams on live initiatives.
• Shadowing Product Owners and AIDMs to translate needs into clear goals.
• Contributing to product discovery and defining success metrics.
• Supporting backlog refinement and clearer requirements.
• Assisting validation through demos and feedback loops.
• Conducting stakeholder and user research and summarising findings.
• Drafting problem statements, hypotheses and success measures.
• Producing lightweight documentation like user stories and release notes.
• Supporting change management with training materials and rollout checklists.
