About the Role
The Digital Product Manager owns the design, development, and execution of new product and service offerings. Responsibilities include supporting business development, setting growth goals, leading a team of product managers, and creating strategic product visions, discovery processes, and roadmaps to maximize customer and enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital products. Decompose complex problems, prioritize backlogs, engage in discovery activities, and represent the voice of the customer.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products. Maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and monitor performance using analytics tools.
Essential Criteria
- Legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
- At least 3+ years experience as a Digital Product Manager (Senior Consultant level) or more, depending on the role level.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, development processes, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong capability in breaking down initiatives into iterative deliverables.
Additional for Lead and Expert Levels
- 2+ years leading global teams and influencing product strategy.
- Experience mentoring peers and operating independently in product strategy.
- Desirable: Experience in networking, identity management, cloud solutions, or insurance industry.
