Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Digital Product Assistant Merchandiser to manage stock for the Digital business and partner with Warehouse, Studio, Buying, and Merchandising to ensure high product availability online.

You will lead daily stock checks, liaise on intake calendars, and contribute to accurate product attribution and on-site presentation in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock management and product tracking.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• Solid knowledge of commercial calendars and peak periods.
• Proficiency with Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock in the DC is available across channels and sites as quickly as possible.
• Format and check the PLU Availability report and stock counts.
• Conduct daily site walks to catch issues (broken links, descriptions, imagery, categorisation).
• Attribute lines daily to keep products visible and linked correctly.
• Circulate restocks and update relevant links.
• Maintain the Code Exclusions link and 2 for offers on site.
• Prepare New In and Intake reports weekly.
• Order samples and brief photoshoots across the Digital team.
• Collaborate with Core Merchandising and Buyers to optimise stock/ranges.
• Support Product Merchandisers with exclusions and launches.

DIGITAL PRODUCT ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER

Role overview:

Working within the Digital Merchandising team, to manage the stock file for the Digital business. Managing the relationship with Warehouse, Studio, Buying & Merchandising teams to deliver high quality product availability across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all stock in the DC is available on all channels and sites as quickly and efficiently as possible using product trackers and intake calendars
• Product counts and checking stock ideals as well as formatting the PLU Availability report
• Site walks every day to raise any potential issues – broken links, incorrect product descriptions, incorrect imagery or incorrect categorisation/attribution
• Attributing lines daily to ensure products are visible and in the correct links to ensure a good customer experience
• Circulate restocks daily and update any relevant links
• Maintaining the Code Exclusions link
• Maintaining the 2 for offers and making sure the offers are executed on site
• Circulate New In report and the Intake report weekly
• Order product samples and brief product for photoshoots from various teams across the Digital business
• Work closely with Core Merchandising and Buyers to get the best out of stock/ranges also attend trade meetings regularly
• Assisting the Product Merchandisers in supporting with exclusions and not online lists as well as launches
