ITG's Digital Engineering team is building world-class enterprise digital applications. We operate with mature Agile methodologies and empower cross-functional teams including BAs, Scrum Masters, Architects, developers and testers on web and e-commerce projects.

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, collaborate across the lifecycle from design to UAT, and work with frontend and backend teams to shape solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Digital Business Analyst in current or previous roles.
• Pragmatic problem solver with an inquisitive nature.
• Digitally savvy with experience in web/mobile applications.
• Clear and confident communicator who understands the audience.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and QA during delivery lifecycle.
• Adept in Agile environments and fast-paced teams.
• Not afraid to challenge and uncover requirements and solutions.
• Calm, composed under pressure.
• Strong understanding of APIs and message structures.
• Driven to get the job done and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Shape the nature of all web and e-commerce projects.
• Work across the entire development lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT.
• Collaborate with developers, QA testers and external client stakeholders.
• Adapt to rapid changes in the tech landscape.
