Job summary

Sky is seeking a Digital Performance & Insights Lead to sit at the centre of our digital growth agenda. You will lead insights, develop dashboards and measurement capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape Sky's digital performance strategy.

You will transform data into actionable recommendations, evolve metrics, and drive optimisation across customer journeys and channels. Hybrid working with Osterley office base.

Qualifications

Outstanding storytelling and presenter who turns data into simple narratives.
Highly analytical problem solver turning data into actionable insight.
Commercially minded with ability to link findings to business impact.
Experienced leading complex analyses and performance investigations.

Responsibilities

Lead insight, measurement and performance agenda for Sky's Digital Trading growth.
Identify drivers of demand, conversion and commercial performance.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for trading priorities.
Own evolution of digital measurement and KPI frameworks.
