Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed

• Lead development of performance measurement frameworks including KPIs, translating business goals into tangible measures.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to focus on user outcomes, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with user researchers and guide approaches to understanding user stories.
• Communicate findings effectively, tailoring messages to the audience and providing tactical recommendations.
• Foster teamwork within your group and across departments, establishing strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with SQL coding and Web Analytics (Google Analytics preferred).

Hybrid Working: Mix of remote and face-to-face work.

Pay: Up to £50,296.

Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions, up to £12,345/year.

Holidays: 25-31 days plus up to 3 days flexi-time, plus public holidays.
