Support iterative service design by analyzing datasets and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand systems, business, and users.
Develop performance frameworks, KPIs, and insights, encouraging measurement-driven service design focused on citizen value.
This role is critical for delivering accurate insights to stakeholders, keeping user focus central to our work.
Location: Choose from Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, or Sheffield.
Hybrid Working: Mix of remote and face-to-face work.
Pay: Up to £50,296.
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions, up to £12,345/year.
Holidays: 25-31 days plus up to 3 days flexi-time, plus public holidays.
