Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager to lead paid search and shopping campaigns across the UK and Europe. You will report to the Director of Paid Media and play a hands-on role while contributing to strategy and scale.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing with expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics. A hybrid working model is offered after initial training.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • 3+ years experience managing e-commerce and Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing international search campaigns.
  • Experience across multiple European markets with varying currencies and buying behaviours.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max).
  • Monitoring performance against revenue, ROAS, acquisition, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborating with Analytics, Product, Creative and Sales to align campaigns with inventory and pricing.
  • Maintaining product feeds and supporting agency/vendor relationships.

As Digital Paid Media Manager, you will join a collaborative and high‑performing marketing team where your work directly impacts online revenue and customer engagement across multiple European markets.

The Role

As Digital Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in the execution and optimisation of paid search and shopping campaigns across the UK and Europe. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role reporting to the Director of Paid Media, with the opportunity to contribute to strategy and scale campaigns at pace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
  • Supporting large‑scale product advertising across a catalogue of millions of SKUs
  • Monitoring performance against key metrics such as revenue, ROAS, acquisition, and engagement
  • Analysing complex performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Analytics, Product, Creative and Sales) to align campaigns with inventory, pricing, and demand
  • Maintaining and optimising product feeds in line with Google Merchant Center best practices
  • Supporting agency and vendor relationships through data insights and performance reporting
  • Implementing new tools, automation, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and regional data privacy requirements
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new paid media opportunities
About You

Being proficient in paid media platforms and having a strong analytical mindset, you will bring your previous digital marketing experience to the role, meaning the in‑depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing with hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • 3+ years experience managing e‑commerce and Google Shopping campaigns
  • Proven experience managing international search campaigns
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple European markets with the ability to operate across multiple languages, currencies and regional buying behaviours
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prioritise opportunities
  • Experience working with large budgets and complex campaign structures
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, pivot tables)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Desirable
  • Experience within electrical, automation, MRO, or parts‑based industries
  • Experience using tools such as Google Merchant Center, SQL, or WhatConverts
  • Experience managing a high volume of SKUs (circa 100,000)
  • Exposure to country‑specific website structures (.co.uk, .de, .es, .it etc.)
  • Experience operating within highly complex, long‑tail product environments
  • Experience launching or scaling paid search activity into new European markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
