Job summary

Juice Recruitment is supporting an award-winning, fast-growing marketing agency in Bath to recruit a Digital Account Manager. You will own campaigns across paid media, manage client relationships and drive performance in a dynamic agency setting.

With 2–3 years in digital account management and hands-on experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok ads, you will plan, launch, optimise campaigns and deliver insightful reporting for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in digital account management or paid media.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Excellent client management and communication skills with strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns.
• Build digital strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce insightful reports.
• Manage budgets and maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion.
• Support new briefs and contribute strategic recommendations.
